Winners of the 2017 HVACR Leadership Awards have been announced

The awards recognise high achieving contributors in the HVACR industry.

CCN Live 2017 HVACR Leadership Awards Lunch

Winners of the HVACR Leadership Awards were announced at CCN Live 2017 in Sydney last week.

The CCN event featured a lineup of six speakers who were able to update the audience on where the industry is heading before the official award presentation began.

Our long-time sales estimator Lilly Wood was a close runner-up for Woman of the Year in HVACR, but just missed out on taking home the award – congratulations to Kelli McDonald, Airmaster commercial manager, for winning Woman of the Year in HVACR.

Other category winners:

The Contractor of the Year Award, went to Airepair Air Conditioning Services managing director, Brad Wiseman.

The Tradie of the Year Award was presented to Grosvenor Engineering Group technician, Jason Glendenning.

Johnson Controls regional manager, Samit Sen, took out the Innovator of the Year Award.

The winner of the Leader in Energy Savings and Sustainability Award was ebm-papst ANZ manager of EC upgrades, Thomas Heine.

The Rising Star Award was presented to two winners:
The Female Rising Star Award which went to Heatcraft Australia technician, Shayne Boyle The Male Rising Star Award which went to Temperzone technician, Sean Hart.

The HVACR Leader of the Year Award went to industry veteran and Teco Australia service operations manager, Kenneth Ball.
