Project Summary
This project will redevelop the buildings old BMCS systems, which have been causing temperature problems and tenants complaints. These floors are going to be cutover after hours to the Alerton system so Alerton have full control over the whole building. Works include VAV’s, packaged air conditioning units, and lighting controls.
