Project Summary
Contracted to Croft Contracting, Alerton will be providing a new BMS for a new 101 bed aged care wing in an existing facility, and replacing a Datacom Distech BMS systems and an Innotech control system controlling parts of the existing facility. Alerton will take over control of the central thermal plant and 176 FCU’s. Completion due June 2016.
